We welcome all abilities. The toilet block has in recent years been refurbished to a good standard with no steps and it is all on one level. It has a washing machine and microwave, although wheelchair access would be limited because of the size of the doorways, the toilets and showers are easily accessible on other mobility aids.
Electric hook-ups are available in the small paddock and there are some available in our larger meadow where the static caravans are sited.
The grass is kept a little longer in the big field as we encourage the wild flowers for the pollinators, the smaller paddock is mowed to a shorter level.
There are taps in the small and large field and also at our toilet block. The caravan site is totally level, all pitches are grass and you can park your car next to your tent/caravan. We have a chemical emptying point at the back of the toilet block with a tap for wash down.
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, but must be kept under control as we are a working farm.
There is a good local and frequent bus service at the end of the drive going to Kington and Llandrindod Wells which can take you further a field via connecting buses.
We have good telephone coverage and free Wi-Fi.
Our small shop is entered by a path with a small slope (no steps). We have a small freezer which you can freeze your ice-packs, or the fridge you can chill your wine in the bottom!! We are open approximately 7.30 am to 9.00pm, we sell local produce and essentials plus homemade/handmade gifts, it operated on an Honesty Box system.
