Court Cottage

Court Cottage is situated on Walton Court Farm. Court Cottage is a spacious 4 bedroomed cottage. The sitting room has a TV and DVD player and log effect wood burner. Dining room seats 6.

The well equipped kitchen has a hob cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and oil fired central heating boiler, there is also an oil filled radiator for extra warmth.

The light filled landing leads to 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 2 single bedrooms; one of the single bedrooms contains a cot and moses basket.

There is a spacious bathroom with shower and bath, toilet and airing cupboard. The cottage is totally equipped and all bed linen and towels are provided.

The utility room has a tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.  There is a separate downstairs toilet.

There is a large secure level garden with garden furniture and barbeque.

We are very central for lovely visits to Hay-on-Wye, Hereford, Ludlow, Presteigne and Knighton.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets and this is strictly a NO SMOKING cottage.
